What You Need
- Microsoft 365 account (you have this)
- Power Automate access (included)
- A Teams channel for updates
Steps
1. Open Power Automate
Go to https://make.powerautomate.com
Sign in.
2. Create a New Automated Flow
Click Create → Automated cloud flow
Name it: Cloud Factory Blog Updates
Search for RSS and select When a feed item is published
Click Create
3. Add the Feed URL
Paste this into the Feed URL field:
https://blog.cloudfactorygroup.com/feed
4. Add Teams Action
Click + New step
Search for Teams
Select Post message in a chat or channel
5. Configure Teams
- Post as: Flow bot
- Post in: Channel
- Team: [Your team]
- Channel: [Your channel]
In the Message field, paste:
{Feed title}
{Feed summary}
6. Save and Test
Click Save
Click Test → Manually → Test
Check your Teams channel. You should see the latest Cloud Factory blog post.
Done.
What Happens Now
Every time Cloud Factory publishes:
