CSP partners have a new way to manage and access promotions for their customers.

The Change: Promotions Move to the Pricing Workspace


Starting March 11, 2026, partners can download active commercial promotions directly from Partner Center's Pricing workspace instead of hunting through emails or legacy systems.

Here's what you need to know:

Where to Find Promotions

  1. Sign in to Partner Center
  2. Go to Pricing workspace
  3. Select Benefits (Beta) from the left navigation
  4. Download the promotion list for your market and customer segment

Download by Market and Segment


Partners can now download a tailored list of active promotions filtered by:

- Market (country/region) — e.g., Germany (DE), France (FR), etc.
- Segment — Commercial, Government, Education, or other relevant segments
Example workflow: If you're selling Microsoft 365 products to a Commercial customer in Germany, you select the German (DE) market and Commercial segment to download that region's promotion list.

This means no more searching through multiple sources for current promotion eligibility.

Speed: Access promotions instantly without waiting for communications or support tickets.
Accuracy: Download region-specific and segment-specific promotions so you're always pulling current offers.
Compliance: The Partner Center source is your single source of truth — no outdated or conflicting promotion information.

  1. Effective date: Mark your calendar for March 11, 2026
